My daughter, who IS vegan, made off with a bag and basically had my same experience.

    Ok, gotta cool things down or all of the Super Seed Crunch will be gone. So next time I paired with some orange wedges. Great combo. My daughter added to some plant-based yogurt with bananas. Boom! I love yogurt with some crunch on top so I tried it in some of my milk-based yogurt. (coconut) Pro Tip: There will be some crumbles at the bottom of the bag - perfect for yogurt topping.

    I opened my last bag last night and am re-ordering today! Give these a try and if you don't like them, send them to me. I'll take care of them!

Its nice treat but if you are on Keto be warned , Take some and hide the bag from yourself because you will want to eat the whole bag. Also I would be careful with all the fiber at first.. But the taste is great , the berry mix is perfect, the crunch is so satisfying .
